Slop is really just a base + toppings. Generally base is one of:

  • Oats (whole, blended).

  • Cream of rice

  • Yogurt (Greek or Skyr)

  • Protein Shake

  • Cottage Cheese

  • Ninja cream nice cream

  • Zero Sugar Jello … b/c volume lol

  • Sometimes sweet potato (mashed or whole)

  • If cooking, do lower and slower, then let it sit out and slowly cool for maximal caramelization. I do like 375 for 1.25 hours then cool

  • Egg Whites

Bases ingredients I often use:

  • Costco Farmers We know Sprouted Rolled oats

  • Whole: mess with the water ratios for overnight for more volume if adding ingredients. Generally follow instructions for ratios when preparing

  • Blended:

  • If doing overnight, don’t put in hot water and it becomes pudding like the next day

  • I use a 6:1 water ratio if doing hot. Pour in some boiling water, whisk a bunch then heat/whisk in 30 second microwave intervals. Doing this then leaving overnight creates a dense ‘gel’ vibe

  • Sometimes with oats for lower cal I’ll do a ratio of riced / food processed cauliflower

  • Siggis Skyr

  • Zero Sugar Chobani Greek Yogurt

  • Kirkland 0% Greek yogurt

  • Good Culture Cottage Cheese

  • Whole or blended

  • Protein shake

  • I add 1/4 tsp xanthum gum, 1/2 scoop, 200 g ice, about 120g liquid and blend on high for like 2 mins. It activates the gum and you get hella texture and volume. I do this twice for a single scoop

  • Liquids

  • Water

  • MALK almond milk (has to be this brand, no gums/oils)

  • Fairlife milk (2% or whole). Don’t be a loser fat is good for you

  • For ninja creams recipes go on reddit and look up stuff if you want to be healthy or a fatass, depends on ingredients ;)

  • When im healthy I use water + 1/2 protein scoop + xantham gum + guar gum

  • To make things ‘thicker’ I often put in 5/6 grams of Psyllium husk . It’s good fiber. Be careful with ratios as things can get too thick or jelly. But like you can add to greek yogurt + add some liquid (water, milk, almond milk) and double/triple the volume and still get a nice texture

  • Whisk it a lot

Honestly just experiment with bases you like & ratios. I’ll often pick bases based on the amount of cals / carbs I need then go from there to spice it up. Slop is slop you can’t mess it up.

  • PB2 or peanut butter

  • Nuttzo 7 seed nut butter

  • Jams (Bonne maman tyshii)

  • Frozen or fresh berries, fruit. If doing blueberries, has to be wild blueberries

  • Jackfruit chips

  • Apples. Always cut whole/thin using a mandolin.

  • Quaker Rice crisps (I buy the big ones and crumble them)

  • Jordans Skinny mixes zero sugar sauces & drizzles

  • Monkfruit sweetener

  • Zero sugar chocolate syrup

  • Zero sugar canned pie topping.. ie apple, cherry, etc. 30 calories for 85 grams lmao

  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • Bananas (I’ll sometimes air fry or caramelize)
