Preparation Instructions

Blending Order:

1. Add liquids first

2. Add psyllium husk and let sit 30 seconds

3. Add soft ingredients (banana, dates/mango, nut butters)

4. Add protein powder and yogurt

5. Add remaining ingredients

6. Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until smooth

Tips:

• Best consumed immediately

• Can refrigerate up to 24 hours (shake before drinking)

• Start blender on low, increase to high speed
